Rescue Runs 8-05 Box MVA
Mifflintown Hose Co No1, May 07
1852 - Box 8-05 Units were sent to Delaware Twp, Rt 322 E before the county line, for an MVA possible entrapment. Rescue 2 marked out with 7, Chief 2-2 (Myers) in the seat. JCCC advised 1 vehicle into the barrier, 4 occupants, possibly 1 trapped. As we were arriving on scene, Chief 8 reported the 4th occupant was out and placed us available.

Hay Bales On Fire In Milford Twp
Mifflintown Hose Co No1, May 01
1353 - Box 2-11 Units were sent to Milford Twp, Ehrenzeller Rd, for reported bay bales on fire endangering a barn. Box 2-11. Engine 2 marked out with 4, Chief 2 to the scene. Chief 2 arrived, reported bales were far enough from the barn. Units accessed through a field, Eng2 pulled a line to contain the fire, crews helped with mop up. No injuries.

Truck Hits Barrier At Mifflintown Exit
Mifflintown Hose Co. No1, April 25
1141 - Box 2-07 Units were sent to Fermanagh Twp, Rt 322 E at the Mifflintown Exit, for an MVA with possible entrapment. Rescue 2 marked out with 5, Capt 2 (Boreman) to the scene. Crews arrived to find 1 truck hit the barriers, 1 occupant inside, no entrapment. Rt 322 E was shut down for clean up. 1 person was taken to the ER for treatment.

As usual, thank you to all mutual aid depts (Fire & EMS) this morning. We had heavy fire from the rear of a multi unit building, reports of people still inside. 4/20/24 @ 0413 - Box 2-01 1st alarm units were sent to Mifflintown Boro, 100 N Third St, for a residential fire. Box 2-01. Engine 2 marked out with 6, Chief 2 to the scene. Capt 2-1 (Mingle) arrived first, heavy fire showing from 2 sides. Eng2 got the hydrant at Orange & Third. Crews went interior to search, reported 1 person unaccounted for.
