Units were sent to Fermanagh Twp, Cuba Mills Rd / Pine Grove Rd, for an MVA with entrapment. Rescue 2 marked out with 5. JCCC advised 1 car into a tree, 1 male trapped. Res2 arrived, and confirmed dispatch. Crews immediately cribbed the car for stabilization and deployed hydraulic tools for extrication. 25 min extrication time. The driver was extricated to EMS and the landing zone for Life Flight 2 was at the Pine Grove Church. Subject was flown to a trauma center for treatment, please keep the driver and family in your prayers.
