2023 - Box 2-08 Units were sent to Walker Twp, Rt 322 W, east of the Port Royal Exit, for a tractor-trailer on fire. Engine 2 marked out with 6, Squad 1 with 5, JCCC advised of multiple calls. Chief 2-2 arrived, confirmed tractor fully involved, trailer starting to go, and a small woods fire. Eng2 / Sq1 both deployed handlines for suppression. Mulitple tankers used for supply, Truck 2 also in service working from the top. Trailer was loaded with eggs, driver escaped unharmed. FD was on scene approx 8 hours watching for hots spots while clean-up crews unloaded the trailer and cleared the roadway.
